Use Fooocus via Google Colab:

Open the Fooocus Colab link (check video description or pinned comment).

Click Connect, then run the cell by clicking Run Anyway.

Wait until a Gradio link appears — valid for 72 hours.

 Adjust Settings:

Select Advanced settings

Set Aspect Ratio to 1:1 (ideal for Instagram)

Choose to generate 4 images at a time.

Add your positive and negative prompts accordingly.

Use Chat GPT to write an engaging prompt like:
