There's a wild fact: some of the highest-earning channels here on YouTube do not even show their face. When you think of extremely high earners, you guys are probably thinking of channels like PewDiePie or MrBeast. But no, the top earners do not vlog, they don't react, they sing kids' songs.
Simple two-minute animated rhymes are pulling in millions of views and thousands upon thousands of dollars every single day and hundreds of thousands of dollars every single month. I went and researched and found channel after channel after channel.
Here's a new one that me and my son just discovered the other day while we were up getting ready for school and I was searching for "good morning songs." This channel is called Gracie's Corner, and this specific video that we love, we literally watch it every single morning, has 66 million views. It's currently still bringing in almost 3,000 views an hour. And this specific channel makes $427,000 every single month.
If you look into this channel, the animations are very basic, they're very 3D. But because they have good songs on their channel, this channel is super successful. Me and my son love it.
And guess what? Thanks to AI, we can now create those same exact type of videos—full music, full lyrics, and animation—all within one prompt. In this video, I'm going to be showing you guys how it's done step-by-step, and I'm going to be revealing a little secret strategy that could put your channel in the top 5% of earners in this entire niche. I sure hope you guys are ready because I am, so let's go ahead and dive in.
So before we even dive into how to create the videos, here's a huge tip that most people miss. When beginners jump into this space of, you know, kids' songs on YouTube or kids' videos, they always go straight for those nursery rhymes. Think of like the ABC song, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Baby Shark 2.0, you know. But in my opinion, that niche is super saturated. So you're competing with giant studios that have millions of dollars in production and production budgets. The smarter play here is to really try and focus on something just a little bit different. So perhaps it is an educational kids' songs channel that teaches lessons parents actually search for, but big channels ignore.
I've went ahead and put together some ideas of what might work great based on my own research:
Health and Hygiene: Involving things like hand washing, brushing your teeth.
Safety Rules: Focusing on things like fire safety, stranger danger, road safety.
Moral Values: This is a good one—being kind, sharing, helping friends.
Community Helpers: So firefighter songs, police officer songs, doctor songs.
Science-Based: So planet songs, season songs, weather songs.
And then lastly, this one's one of my favorites, is Financial Literacy for Kids.
Alright, so let's go ahead now and move into the very first step. The very first step is finding the right song topic. Now you can do this the old-school way: go on to YouTube, type in kids' songs, then filter out by most viewed this year, scroll through, and see what's trending.
Or, my favorite way is just to go ahead and use AI to find what parents are actively searching for. I'm in ChatGPT here and I'm just going to go ahead and type in:
"Act as a YouTube trend analyst. Generate 20 animated kids' song ideas with high monetization potential and low competition. Focus on topics parents frequently search for (ages 4-6). Prioritize ideas that can earn high CPMs and rank in the top 5% of kids' content channels."
And then just go ahead and hit enter here. And immediately within 10 seconds, it's giving me 20 kids' song ideas. Now reading through these, I absolutely love these ideas and knowing my son, these are all perfect for his age group, so it did a really good job with this. But at this stage, you're just going to want to pick at least one, and for this video, I'm just going to go with "The Sharing Game Song."
Now that we have our song idea, the next step is that we need lyrics. Now do not be concerned, you don't have to write a Grammy hit. Kids' songs are all about simple, repetitive, and catchy lines. So let's go ahead and go back to our best friend, ChatGPT, and I'm going to tell it:
"Write a two-minute kids' song for children aged 4-6 called 'The Sharing Game Song.' Make it upbeat, catchy, and easy to sing with simple actions like passing, giving, and high-fiving. The song should teach teamwork, kindness, and sharing through playful repetition and clear motion cues. Keep the melody simple and memorable (similar to 'Baby Shark' or 'The Clean Up Song'), but with slightly more advanced vocabulary suitable for preschoolers..."
I'm just going to go ahead and just hit enter and let's see what it comes up with. Okay, right here, these are some great song lyrics. It came up with this within, you know, 20 seconds. Let me go ahead and read through these. These are pretty catchy and fun, so for now, let's go ahead and keep them.
A quick note here is to go ahead and keep your songs around 2 minutes because all of the really popular songs are around that 2-minute time frame. That's a sweet spot for watch time and replay value.
Alright, now comes the fun part and that is turning the song that we just created into a full-blown animated video using InVideo AI. And to create this entire video with this song we just created, all we have to do is type a one-text prompt.
"Create a 2-minute animated kids' song video in 16:9 landscape format, designed for children aged 4-6. The video should be bright, colorful, and high-energy, featuring diverse animated children playing, laughing, passing toys, high-fiving, and dancing together in a cheerful classroom and playground setting. Use the following lyrics below and sync them perfectly as on-screen subtitles timed to the vocals..."
By the way, I had ChatGPT write this prompt for me. If you need help, you want to write a great prompt, just use ChatGPT to do so.
I also added, "Add cheerful upbeat background music at around 120 BPM..." And then right below that prompt, that's where I'm going to go ahead, copy the lyrics from ChatGPT and paste them right into the prompt here in InVideo AI.
Now once you do all of that, it's going to take you right here where you're going to make a couple of selections. For example, video length: 2 minutes, platform: YouTube Kids. And then also here, I would recommend the Ultra because that is the highest quality mode that ensures your videos are looking professional and ready to monetize.
From there, all I'm going to do is go ahead and hit "Generate" and then give it a few minutes. This is a very high-performing tool, so it's going to take just a few minutes to create it. And then here's what this came up with.
(Video clip of "The Sharing Game Song" plays)
Alright, so as you all can see, that is quite impressive with just a prompt. It creates your entire video complete with the music, as you heard, animation, subtitles, and the timing all synced perfectly.
Now, if you do want to go ahead and edit something that you see is a little off in the video after it has created it, no problem, you have the option to do so. For example, at the end of the video, the words are not fitting on screen on the video it just created for me, so I'm just going to instruct the prompt to "fit the words onto screen at the end," and then just like that, it adjusted it.
But if you want to do other things such as speeding up the song, changing languages, you know, swapping out a scene for something else, all you have to do is click "Edit" right here and then use the command box like I did. You can type things such as "increase audio speed by 1.2," "change the language to Spanish," "replace this scene with kids dancing under a rainbow."
You can use the edit box here to edit things like the media clips, the music, the script, and then also the overall settings of your video. So that's going to make it really easy and simple to get it exactly where you want it. InVideo will instantly re-render it for you.
And then once you're happy, all you have to do is select "Download and Export" and your video is now ready to upload right onto YouTube.
Now to upload onto YouTube, you know, you are going to have to go in, create your free YouTube channel, all that's free to do. For things like profile picture and YouTube channel banner, you could do whatever you want. There are great platforms that you can use, you can use ChatGPT to generate stuff for you now, like AI images. You can go to Canva, they have a completely free version.
When it's time to upload and you need a great title, I use the tool VidIQ. I've used it since I opened up this YouTube channel, and it's one of the reasons that this YouTube channel has been successful because within VidIQ, it gives you great thumbnail examples. You can even create thumbnails within VidIQ now, and it's going to give you like title recommendations, description recommendations. I've got an affiliate link for it, I'll place it down below, you can get started for just a dollar.
But for example, for a video like this, a title might read something like, "Learn to Share | The Sharing Game Song for Kids Ages 4-6." Very basic, it's telling parents, you know, exactly what it is that they're going to get, and then it's also a high search term, so you know, the "sharing song," something around sharing, so that's also great as well.
Now, if you want to do this at scale, so not just one video but multiple songs every month, you're going to need access to InVideo's Generative plan, which is the same one I use. It starts at $100 a month, and that's going to give you enough credits to create multiple full-length kids' songs and animations every single month.
And that's it! After that, your very first AI-powered kids' song is live on YouTube. And then after that, you just want to make sure that you're uploading consistently. And that is what it takes to start an AI-generated channel for kids here on YouTube. With just a little bit of effort and consistency, you too could be one of these channels here on YouTube bringing in thousands of dollars every single month. And keep in mind, thousands of people may watch this video but a very, very small percentage of people are actually going to act on what they watch here today. So if you're one of the ones who are really ready to build a kids' YouTube empire here on YouTube, go try this with InVideo AI.
